Happy Halloween

We had a great Halloween. James was a pirate (shock!) and Emma Lou was a lady bug. Mom and I were able to go to Emma Lou and James' class parties and then take them trick or treating downtown Oxford. After that, our family headed to church for a hot dog supper and trunk or treat! This was Emma Lou's first year getting candy...she kept looking in her basket, like it was going to disappear! When we were through with that, we headed home and visited our neighbors for a bit. I hadn't planned on passing out candy since we weren't going to be at the house. James decided he wanted to and was willing to give away some of his candy! So, Yancey, James, and Emma Lou gave out a little bit of candy and then we all went to sleep after having eaten way too much sugar!
